	Employment Application (pdf)		View Photo album The 2004 Albany Alumni Event took place at the Albany Golf Club on Friday, July 30th. The 18 Hole Event started at 1:00 p.m. with a shotgun start, with 58 golfers attending. There was a team competition, an individual competition, followed by a Long Drive Contest. A meal of chicken, ribs , dressing & potatoes was served after the festivities. 1979 Graduate & current Professional Golfer, Tim Thelen, shot the low score, a 5 under par 67. 1985 graduate Kurt Schneider, followed with an even par 72 and 1983 graduate Steve Schiffler, shot a 73. For the women, 2002 graduate Megan Sand, shot an 80 , followed by 1976 graduate Ruth Martin's 89. 1997 graduate Cheri Duboer followed with a 90. In the Long Drive Competition, many competitors took their chance to win the event. 1974 graduate Jon Herges, 1976 graduate Bob "Brown Bear" Blenker, 1977 graduate Tom Babcock, 1979 graduates David Kalthoff & Tim Thelen , 1994 graduates Brian Andvik and Jesse Nordman, and finally 1995 Brad Andvik. But this winner was decided in convincing style, when 1985 graduate Kurt Schneider, hit his drive 320 yards in the air, to win the championship. After the Long Drive Competition, a meal followed. Thank you to all golfers who attended.
